Open Enrollment

The 2024 Open Enrollment period for the City of Avalon begins on Monday, September 18, 2023 and ends on  Friday, October 13, 2023.

New premiums, employee deductions and health plan changes will take effect January 1, 2024.

We would like to encourage all employees to review their elected benefits to ensure that coverage meets the needs for both themselves ad any covered dependents.

If you do not want to make any changes, you do not need to do anything.

All changes must be submitted by October 13, 2023.

Next Steps: Compare the monthly premium for plans available to you.  Now that you know what plans are available to you and the structure of each plan, look at the out of pocket deductions chart.
