Due to the evolving situation with the COVID-19 Novel Coronavirus and health recommendations from LA County Heath Department
THE CITY OF AVALON'S CITY COUNCIL and PLANNING COMMISSION MEETINGS SHALL ONLY BE AVAILABLE TO THE PUBLIC REMOTELY.
The general public may not attend the meeting in the Council Chambers due to social distancing requirements.
The public is encouraged to watch and participate from the safety of their homes while practicing social distancing.

For public comments & questions it is advised to submit in advance using the eComment feature found at
The General public may participate in Oral Communication and address the City Council on an agenda item in person by practicing social distancing while waiting in the City Hall Court Yard and entering the Chambers one at a time at the appropriate time. A signup sheet can be found in eComment as 'Register to Speak'.
This is a trial, and registration is requested to be done prior to the meeting to ensure accommodations can be made.
No one will be admitted who is ill or exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19
City Staff will be submitting these questions and comments to the appropriate person during the Council Meeting.
*Comments on the City of Avalon's Facebook Live stream are unmonitored and will not be submitted to the City Council as part of the official meeting.
